Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement at no charge, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

After Processing

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return Policy.
